1. General

Petal & Poem ("we", "us", "our") provides floral arrangements, workshops, and related services. These terms apply to all orders, consultations, and website use.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in HKD and include applicable taxes.
• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Delivery

• We deliver to Wan Chai and select areas in Hong Kong. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.
• Custom or bespoke arrangements are non-refundable.
• If you are unsatisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logos) is the property of Petal & Poem and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
